Minecraft came out on May 17, 2009 which is the classic version of Minecraft. Minecraft Beta came out on December 20, 2010. Minecraft is a sandbox building game. Minecraft has two game modes singleplayer and multiplayer. Minecraft was invented by Markus " Notch " Persson.
