When did Gibson event the Gibson Eds-1275?

Gibson invented the Gibson Eds-1275 in 1963.  The guitar is popular with rock musicians such as Jimmy Page and jazz musician John McLaughlin.  The Gibson Eds-1275 is a double guitar.  The Gibson Eds-1275 is a 12 string and 6 string guitar combined together.
